Pastor Rob Spina

Pastor Rob Spina is the Founder and Senior Pastor of New Beginnings Family Church (NBFC) in Monrovia, California. With more than 26 years in ministry, he is committed to bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to hurting people by literally changing the world one person at a time.

Pastor Rob was saved at a Campus Crusade for Christ meeting at the age of 13 years old and has never walked away from the commitment he made that day. He is a graduate of Word of Faith Leadership and Bible Institute, and also graduated from Jack Hayford’s King’s College School of Pastoral Nuturing. He is the author of two books, “Breakdown or Breakthrough” and “The Wisdom of James.”

He has served as a Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and now for the last 15 years as a Senior Pastor. Married to his precious wife Tanya for over 19 years, he has 3 adult sons who have given him four adorable grandchildren. Two of his sons work full time in the ministry with him at NBFC.

He’s a person in love with people, regardless of their position in life, their color, or their education. People constantly say that he has the heart of a genuine shepherd. He believes that the Holy Spirit has put gifts in every believer and that a large part of what he’s called to do is to discover those gifts, unwrap them, and use them in a way that brings great glory to God!

Because Pastor Rob has devoted over a decade of his ministerial life to that of young people, his heart is very tender towards these areas of ministry and believes that our youth should be involved and on the very cutting edge of what God is doing in the church today!

Pastor Rob is a dynamic preacher, with a great sense of humor, who loves to incorporate mind challenging illustrations and videos into his messages that will dare you to live on Monday what you heard on Sunday.
